Business Services (Administrative & Support)

We provide administrative services and support to assist with setting up the business forms for the IRS and the State; all other business needs.

Project Management Services include specializing in planning, coordinating, and executing projects according to the company's specifications and requirements. We will initiate an assessment and review for each project, and PM practices will apply. 

Software Projects

We will work with the transitioning from one software system to another system. We will analyze and evaluate the current software's processes, policies, and procedures. The project will include system testing, validation, identifying user error and system error discrepancies, and reporting outlining our findings. 

General Contracting

consists of pursuing government contracts and contracting with companies either as an individual contractor or subcontractor to fill various management consulting services, including project management & software projects.
